When Zach's old power chair broke, and I knew we needed a new one, I anticipated a long, slow process. With our family vacation to Disney World already planned and only a few weeks away, I really didn't think we'd get a new one in time to use it there. I called the vender we used last time, and they couldn't give me an appointment for a fitting for over four weeks. When I called Advanced Medical Concepts, you personally fit us into your schedule the next day. Then, when first the doctor's office, and then the insurance company were dragging their feet, you let me know so I could be proactive in pushing both to approve the chair quickly. Your office staff was always helpful and easy to deal with, which is unfortunately not always the case with other companies. You ordered our chair quickly, and it came even quicker than you promised. In all ways your company has impressed us. When the time came, you were even personally involved in putting Zach's chair together. In a couple of days, we will leave for our vacation.
